Account wide infernal War Machine

Hi, Following the patch on the 2nd of July this item is now claimable account wide, but its not equipable account wide. For every toon after the first one, it places the legendary mount in your inventory once you claim it, but if you try to equip it, it fails with the message you already have all items in this package, which needless to say I dont.

Slight edit its not all characters i cant equip the infernal war Machine, some have managed fine. Is there some internal link between it and the Hellfire engine, as its toon that already has that that cant quip the new mount.

I have the account wide infernal war machine on my character. I am still unable to obtain it on any of my alternate characters.

Have you submitted a ticket to support?

I have created multiple tickets to get the account infernal war machine for my alternate characters. Support closes my tickets out and say "resolve" yet the issue persists. They even told me to come here in the hopes someone would take notice and resolve it.
