Leather Armors not Displaying Dyes

@nitocris83 can you forward this to your graphics arts department?

Recently noticed the rogue Leather Vest and Jerkin are not quite right. I know from experience with textures that you didn't grayscale the texture map. The overlays still show the tan leather color with the dyed overlay. For example, this leather jerkin is dyed Black and the one on the right is dyed White.

To repair this bug, the fix is to properly grayscale the armor neutral and then the overlays will function as needed.
