weapon enchantment issue! PLEASE READ!

so once again i am posting this issue with weapon enchantments, once again there is a problem with weapon enchantment visual effects, everytime i remove the mount or get of the mount my weapon enchantment visual isnot active, in other words there is no visual effect, i tried to remove any collor or dye form all items, form weapon only, tried to switch weapon enchantments, tried removing all items and putting them back, removing enchantments, tried to change mounts, in the desperation RE INSTALLED THE GAME ITSELF SEVERAL TIMES, checked patches, checked force verify and etc etc etc, i tried everything, it still happens. there is no weapon enchantment visual effect active unless i get on the mount and dismount several times OR enter any new instance. this is getting honestly big issue for me and discomfort in the game process. PLEASE! fix this issue like seriously - please.
platform is PC, just if anyone would start stupid talkin about ''you should point the platform you are on''. thank you for your attention.

The announcement about posting in "Peer to Peer Tech Forum" clearly states; The Technical Support Forums are not Provided or Managed by Cryptic Studios Employees or Perfect World Entertainment Employees. Peer to Peer means, player support and not developer support. The issue you are describing cannot be "fixed" by the players so you should submit a ticket.
