Grung companion is Borked

I trained this companion back in mod 16(17?) to legendary (costly) and he was working fine at the time. I use training dummies to check how often my companions proc and as my aoe dps has been lacking lately. I found out Grung was procing only once per battle for a small number and not doing damage over time anymore.

Could a dev please look into fixing this please?
