My only enemy is Time Builder quest is Borked

as title states that one specific builder quest does not work by this i mean i got to 62 recorded of the 60 you need for the max reward and it doesnt say tier 3 reward timer runs out and you get tier 2 reward so we are currently killing 60 enemies for 7 heroic shards outside a 2x event, can we please get more word on the supposed stronghold update since that part of the server is breaking now i mean this quest worked fine until one of the most recent patches idk if it was the last one or the one before but i know it was still working when console got Avernus

They have said the SH programming is a jumbled mess and it's not going to get that much love for a little bit longer. There are at least 3-4 bugged things in the SH I can think of off the top of my head and it's comically outdated. That being said, they said love is on the way but probably later then sooner.
