"My Only Enemy is Time" stronghold quest bug

I found a bug with this quest. I got 61 enemies killed with my char and I got only a tier 2 reward. I didn't manage to take a screenshot but the text show 61 enemies in red and tier 3 reward unlocked. Once i got to the reward chest i got only 7 power fragment (tier 2 reward)

    Issue was previously reported and is being investigated.

    I wonder how many years ago it was reported. This bug has been around for over a year that I am sure of.
