My Only Enemy is Time (Guild Quest)

I've noticed twice on two different occasions, I've completed the quest, My Only Enemy is Time, where you must defeat 60 enemies to receive Tier 3 reward, but if you defeat exactly 60 enemies then you receive Tier 2 reward instead of Tier 3.

Yes, the counter is a bit misleading. Not just a problem of the last tier. (you just have to kill enemies till the reward is reached, the shown requested amounts are up to 3 less than the reality if I remember correctly)
