We are aware of an issue with the Free R15 Enchantment reclaim where sometimes players can receive more than one. It is important to us that the pack stays available to ensure all of those who haven't yet had a chance to get their free enchantment can still get theirs. With that in mind, we'd like to discuss our general approach to issues of this nature.
When a bug or mistake gets put into the game, that is on us. Because of this, we aren't going to take punitive action against players who stumble into a bug and get a small benefit out of it, for example if they got 2 rank 15 enchants instead of just 1.
It is a different issue when players go out of their way to deliberately exploit a bug to the maximum effect in order to cause a negative impact on the game. In those more extreme cases, we will have to take action in order to protect the game for all of our players in order to ensure it stays fair, balanced, and everyone can enjoy themselves.
The enchant reclaim will stay active until Thursday as planned. We have pulled logs to see how badly the bug was abused on the first day and we're happy to say that is was indeed a very small number of players who took extreme advantage of it. We are going to take action against those few accounts and will pull another set of logs after the reclaim ends to make sure others haven't abused the item between now and then. Again if you happen to end up with an extra enchantment you are ok, that is our bug. Action will only be taken against those who go to an extreme to abuse the situation.
