Dark Reimbursement (Rogue - Whisperknife feat) not working

The tool-tip claims that it refills 15% of stealth bar if you leave the stealth by using an encounter power. It does not refill anything at all.

By the way, the other choice - Hidden Daggers - claims that At-will powers now drains 10% stealth meter instead of 15%... Which is a rather comical claim as there are 4 different at-will powers and each consumes different amount of stealth (and usually it is more than just 15%). And neither this feat sets the consumption to some equal bar.

@nitocris83 Just to let you know - as I did not see it in the patch notes - but the Dark Reimbursement works for me now. Not sure what changed the behaviour though. However, it simply works, which is nice.
