Legendary mount triple choice pack

I just purchased this pack. When opened, its randomly choosing which mounts you get when it clearly states "choice pack". As it's currently working, you pick one mount and the next 2 are random.

    Update:

    If you choose tensers, you get trex and swarm.

    If you choose swarm you get tensers and trex.

    If you choose war horse, you get trex and tensers.

    It appears your 2nd and 3rd choice are the first 2 mounts in the list you dont currently have.

    FFS, this is a weird pack!
    Everything is sellable on AH, also I chose a BI Warhorse, it gave me a Tensers & a Commander TRex, even though this character had both the Tensers & a TRex.
    I was hoping to pick a Swarm & an Armored Griffon for the other two choices...

    This needs to be sorted asap.

    Seems to be working properly on PC, just consoles are having this issue.

    Does not work properly on PC. I bought 2 packs, chose T-Rex, Griffon, Whirlwind, Bulette, Tensers and Warhorse. Bulette unlocked on main, got Rage Drake instead on alts

    That is an entirely different issue. But yes, I agree that part isnt working correctly on PC. But at least you are able to actually choose the mounts on one toons. We on console are having a different issue and not getting that choice. You are just having problems on the reclaim being incorrect.

    Well it's been 24hrs since they locked the pack down. Still no official word or replies from customer service. This was a big investment on many players part for such silence. May we please get some idea as to when this will be fixed?

    Still no update update on this? I find the lack of communication unacceptable. I mean great, they acknowledged that there is a problem and locked the pack from being opened. However, it is still for purchase on the Market. How about an ETA on when this will be fixed, and maybe stop taking peoples money knowing that it is bugged?
