potion tray bug

So basically i cant use anything on my dpad or potion tray. Everytime I equip or unequip an item on the potion tray it resets the cooldown to 12 hr. This is everything including healing items, halloween mask, water balloons. making it tough as a dps to run endgame dungeons with no healing items
