Refer A Friend system doesn't work

Please fix the Refer a Friend system for PS4 platform. A lot of players can't generate referrals and accept those!!!

Steps to reproduce:
For invite:
1. Login to your Arch game account.
2. Click Invite-a-Friend link and choose PS4 platform.
3. Internal Server Error 500.

For accept:
1. Open friend referral link.
2. Click Accept.
3. Internal Server Error 500.

Hello, The above report is accurate. Please fix the refer a friend on ps4 by 3/12/20 if possible as the siege is starting and my family member wants to get the siege breaker griffon, and will be over level 10 and will not be eligible for the referral to receive the bullette mount and Mercenary. please fix this. Thank you.

I have reported that problem about 1 month ago and there's still not fix...
Looks like you are not interested in attracting new people into the project...
