My alts cannot enter Manycoins Bank Heist

I unlocked the skirmish on one of my characters - and now all my alts have the skirmish in AI campaign details unlocked.
However, none of my alts can actually enter that skirmish. In their queues it shows as locked.

    Necessary il and all that jazz?

    Sure... and it is not like those alts have never been inside - but that is a long time ago, mod15.
