[UPDATE 1/31/20] Feast of Lanterns Dog & Firework Quests

We have identified the situations impacting players:
Players who are unable to get the fireworks quest: Please drop Year of the Rat quest and pick it up again. This will allow you to obtain the Fireworks quest.
Players who are receiving the Fireworks quest with no reward: We are blocking the quests from being shared to stop the impact on future players but this will resolve automatically for players tomorrow after the quest cooldown. We will be extending the event by a day to allow players to obtain the proper number of coins. Please finish the quests you have today even if they have no reward attached or abandon it to clear your journal to start fresh tomorrow, February 1.

Update 1/31/2020
Additional investigation showed that the fix from yesterday addressed the initial issue but players who shared the quests as a workaround prior to the fix are now unable to complete the intro quest or obtain the Fireworks quest. We are looking into this but we ask that players please stop sharing Feast of Lanterns quests at this time. We will also be looking at extending the event time if possible.

We will be rolling out a fix for all platforms this evening. PC shards will restart at 5:30pm PT. Console restart time is pending.
