Joining a guild

in Guild & Alliance Recruitment (PC)
I am trying to join a guild but the only two npcs i have seen that cover something around the guild issue dont have anything on how to join a guild? so where do i go to join a guild? Please help me : ) I am lvl20 Warrior

    There should be a few recruitment in the chat in PE. I assume you can chat as level 20.

    someone has to invite you to a guild IIRC. I've been in Valhalla for some time so I can't really remember how it works

    You either have to be invited to an existing guild, or get 4 people to help you create your own.

    Like @plasticbat mentioned, just hang out in Protector's Enclave and watch ZONE chat guilds are often actively recruiting there.

    You have full control of the process which is cool.

    1. Research a guild in the guild recruitment section of this forum. https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter/#/categories/guild-recruitment-pc

    You'll see a Directory of guilds and well as individual threads going into various grades of detail on the game's active guilds, posted by their guild leader or representative. Read some posts and see if you can find a guild that synergies with your playstyle and goals. Some guilds are more social than others... Some are very friendly to newer players and others not so much ;)

    2. Let them know you are interested in the thread by posting your comments.

    3. They may send an invite or if they are organized they may ask you to check out their guild website, read their guild rules and fill out an application if you think you can abide by their rules.

    So yeah.. do your homework so you make a good choice and BEST OF LUCK to you!!!!

    Guilds need you. I always tell players in the game O key --> Find Guild tab --> sort the purple man icon High to Low. Now you are looking at guilds active recruiting.

    Don't settle for the first guild that randomly invites you. Shop around. Decent guilds have websites, Discord, or Facebook pages. Listen to the chat in their Discord or Facebook and see if they fit you. When you join a guild, it has to be a good fit or it won't work out. I have befriended many guilds and seen much drama, it is best to look before you leap.

    Some guilds are invisible to the guild search.

    Apparently I don't run a decent guild :p
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    @greywynd The guild search only works if you have the people online able to recruit and you are listed with the system. I think there might be some other criteria. But it is up to your Guild Leader(s) to work it out. If you are the GL then you need to dig through those settings.

    I was doing the search for fun, to see what guilds I found and the funniest thing pops up. An all Italian guild called "Shinigami", yes, it is a guild of Death Note lovers. Here is their homepage in the event you either want to join or don't believe me. :wink:

    Guild was set to invisible a long time ago for good reasons. I've never had reason to change that setting.
