Rogue - One With the Shadows feat bugged

Bug:
The feat 'One with the Shadows' on Whisperknife Rogue is bugged. It causes you to remain stealthed after using encounter powers that would otherwise cause you to leave stealth, such as Blade Flurry.
Example: Let One with the Shadows reset, enter stealth, use Blade Flurry, it procs One with Shadows and you won't leave stealth, which means you can use Blade Flurry again, at which point you leave stealth, stealth bar goes to zero, and you can use blade flurry yet again putting in cd.
Why is this a problem? Because it reduces the utility of the feat for regenerating stealth and maintaining a consistent rotation and keeping CA up if you use the passive feature for that, Advantageous Position something or other (sry if I don't remember the names correctly, newb to rogue).
What I think should happen: If you use an encounter power from stealth that should cause you to leave stealth *and* you have One with the Shadows, you should leave stealth and refill 50% of your stealth meter just like Dark Reimbursement does. Or, don't let One with the Shadows proc from stealth, only not when stealthed, this way it maintains it's utility as a source of stealth regen on WK.
