[PC][Tales of Old event] Missing titles (updated!)

After being contacted by GM, GM stated that there is indeed a possible gameplay bug that will be sent for further investigation to the development team. However, in the meantime I should post it on the official forums in order for it to get investigated.
To prove the existence of a bug, I have a screenshot of a title I received only after GM was involved in trying to recover the title itself.
During the events I ran across the year, as well as during the Tales of Old Retold, I have not received either achievements nor titles for completing it. Neither did my friends who played with me.
As you may see from the picture below, there are no grayed out achievements for other three titles (there were there before under the Event's tab).

1. This title/achievement was given to me by GM after contacting them through the Arc support page. Before contacting the support, I didn't have any of the achievements/titles. They all appeared grayed out.
2. This is the only title/achievement that appears on my page, other titles/achievements missing even from the grayed out area in the achievement section.

I've ran this religiously and I expect some sort of a clarification, since receiving just 1/5 of titles is horrible as that is the only thing I wanted to achieve. Right now, there are no more achievements for the Events, even. It is completely broken!
I don't know what to say anymore regarding this, but finding other people to run this content after this happened won't happen, that's for sure.
