Are there server issues this morning?

I have been disconnected at least a dozen times and when I get in, the Tyranny Rothe valley quests just stops responding before I can even complete it. Ookla says my download speed is 511Mbps and upload is 43.3 Mbps so it's not on my end.

    Update: It was the rothe valley maps and in particular, the forged in fire quest. Dropped them, not worth the hassle for the legacy currency.

    No notice of issues on our end but would like to hear if anyone else has experienced this.
