Unable to claim VIP rewards

Hi.

This has always worked for me, until today. Today, I logged on one toon, claimed the daily per-character reward, then logged off, logged on my main, and was unable to claim either the daily per-character reward for that toon, or the daily per-account reward: both were apparently 'already claimed'.

I can promise you they have NOT been claimed, I have received no lockbox key, and only one per-character reward across my entire account.

Can this be fixed, please?

Have you submitted a ticket to support? They may be able to look at your logs to see if anything unusual happened.

I have had a similar problem when I had a really slow connection/serious lag issues.

I had to reboot my router and relog etc and wait till I got a good connection.

If your connection was good though then please ignore my comment
