Runic Encounters have stopped spawning everywhere

As far as I can tell this has been going on for a couple of hours. No Runic Encounters are spawning on any map anywhere.

    Confirmed also by my WHOLE ALLIANCE... there are NO runic Encounters...
    MY poor little cleric can not progress at all as she needs the "artifact" from those encounters...

    Team was unable to repro the issue on day of report but continues to investigate. Is this still happening to folks?

    No, they are back to normal again. It was that day, everyone was complaining/asking what was going on, that there were no runic encounters spawning anywhere. I went myself about 4 or 5 times over the next few hours (before and after writing this post) to several maps where there should have been something and there was nothing on any map anywhere so it was a system-wide thing. (I even initially waited in twisted caverns where they alternate quite quickly from one to the other and waited for ages and nothing came which confirmed there was an issue.) The next day when I went into one of the maps for my usual stuff there was a runic encounter on it, so it was rectified at some point.
