Sometimes hitting 'W' to move will start at wills going off

This has happened to me several times but the gap in between it happening was quite large and I kept forgetting about it. But it just happened in Castle Never and caused a bunch of us to die so it's irritating me excessively now. Every now and then when I hit W to move forward as I approach the enemies, my at-wills start going off on their own, this is the most bizarre thing I have experienced to date in my years of playing Neverwinter. I am positive I am not clicking the mouse by accident, I only hit the W to run forward and bam off the at-wills go. This time I was not solo-ing when it happened as is usually the case, we were all about to go into the last room in Castle Never and as I ran to the door, I started firing through it and they all ran into the doorway and stuck in a bunch there and there was no way through and several of us died in the mess. Can you look into this please, it is the worst bug I have ever seen in this game and has the capacity to really F-up someone's playing. TY.

This behavior also occurs when you:
    1. Log In facing Workshop Door
    2. Press 'W' to 'wiggle' and get the 'Press F to enter' prompt to appear
    3. Your character (I see it mostly on Warlock and Barbarian) will execute an At-WIll (soul spark generated or sword raised high)

Also occurs at the mail box when you log in and again try to get the 'Press F' prompt to spawn.

Frankly, I wish the 'Press F to spawn' prompt were much earlier in the graphics load sequence. Sometimes it seems like I wait almost a minute while I push WASD keys to try to get the prompt to spawn. Fortunately no mobs are killed in PE, just other players look at me like I'm a crazed character ...
