Event vanity pet from chest is wrong. 10-22-19

Hello, Myself and an Alliance member just finally turned in Trinkets of Old and was rewarded with a Mini Hrimnir, not an Idris. The description for it is also wrong, it is the description for the Coin Storm. The Coin Storm now has the description of a Mini Trobriand. My others appear to read correctly. Cheers.

    I kept my trinkets just to buy the chests and get the Mini Idris. I bought the chests and got a Mini Hrimnir, that I already have since I specifically grinded the 2nd TOO just for that, instead of the Mini Idris that I wanted for this event.

    And now I lost all my trinkets. Can't you ever fix something correctly?

    Same. So we're going to be reimbursed for the trinkets we spent since this is an error, right @nitocris83?

    same, got wrong companion, the stupid mini hrimnir from frozen heart. good job cryptic

    @nitocris83 - we need a vendor so we can now swap the companion for the idris companion

    Did you submit the ticket via the website or in-game? What's the ticket number?

    I got a quick response through the website but ended up canceling the ticket after getting multiple Idris during the Grand Retelling.
