Black Dragon Ioun Stone's companion power not working

Tested on both HR and OP. It's supposed to give +6000 Crit, but currently gives nothing.

Confirmed this is not giving any of the +6000 Crit it is supposed to.

My Crit is the same with the Black Diamon Ioun Stone slotted, as it is with 'NO' Companion power slotted there. This Companion Power is not giving the benefit it is supposed to.
