Paladin's "Bane" damage floaters

I have the "damage floaters" option enabled. On my paladin, all of the damage floaters are showing for all my powers are showing except from my encounter power "Bane". Unfortunately i don't know how is it possible to reproduce this but I'm posting a link to a clip that shows what exactly is happening.
