Update: This was fixed as of Friday, July 26, afternoon. Players who obtained a Glorious Resurgence Artifact Pack prior to this fix and have it unopened in their inventory can continue to seek assistance from Support.

We received reports of some of the Magnificent Resurgence Lockboxes dropping the Glorious Resurgence Artifact Pack. We are hoping to issue a fix for this today. In the meantime, players who received the Glorious Resurgence Artifact pack and have unopened ones in their inventory can contact CS to have it removed and replaced with a Magnificent Resurgence Artifact Pack. Only unopened packs can be replaced.
