[PC] Rubberbanding & Lag 6/28

Update: PC server will be momentarily down starting at 8:15pm PDT to issue a fix for this issue. Players will be removed from the game for 5-10 minutes.

We are aware of issues with lag/rubberbanding on PC. The team has identified the issue and is working on a fix. This post will be updated with additional information when it becomes available.

    Seriously do not know they just added it to the reward pool, so lazy. We got it once as a reward, why not just have it in the store for coal magics bind on pickup, or hey, have zok sell them!
