Chapter 1: Attack At Dawn

This quest cannot be completed by the intended level (60) because the mobs are all 80+ which means this campaign cannot be begun by the intended level (60). This was reported on the test server back on April 15 yet it is still not fixed. Why? I just tried to do it with mu level 60 Cleric and got my rump roast handed to me without doing even a bit of damage to anyone. What gives?
