[PC] Manticore's Presence doesn't proc

Exactly what the title says: this companion bonus doesn't proc at all.

I might be unlucky, but I doubt that I'd never see it at all over the course of 500 Critting At-will/Encounter/Daily Hits.

It doesn't proc, from act. That's not uncommon on the utility companions.

I think most of the "presence" attacks don't work, or if they do they are hilariously under-powered. It's really depressing that the only meaningful options are power, HP, and healing-related ones.

The one presence that worked for me was Vicious Dire Wolf, but it's so bad for damage that it's not really justifiable.

I slotted it for a moment or two a couple days ago - apparently not long enough!

I wasn't looking closely enough - was expecting one of those red pop up texts like you get with the vicious dire wolf. That doesn't happen, but it works.

Even though the vicious dire wolf only has a 5% chance, I believe it affects the whole mob and deals better damage, whereas the manticore's presence singles out targets at reduced damage. Kind of thinking the vicious dire wolf is still better.
