"Charged Fury" power either not working or not displaying

The "Charged Fury" power from "Enduring Boots" is either not working or not being displayed in the "status effect" window.

    Does anyone know if charged fury is working, or does it just not display?

    What was the clarification? From what I can tell, it does display, but not in combination with Charged Fury from Ebonized Shirt. There is no x2--so I assume they don't stack.

    @santralafax it was not displaying at all when wearing only that piece of equipment.

    By the way, as of today (20191214) it has been fixed and it shows the buff. Thanks a lot.
