Lag in ZAX cause freakout and QQ

So today, after ~3 months of waiting (~2 months before zax change, and about ~1 month after) I finally got my Zen from the ZAX. I ordered 1000 Zen for VIP and had been waiting patiently while I actually have to ride my mount around, pay AH posting fees, and use injury kits 
Well, I checked the ZAX today and I got the zen, woohoo, yay. So I click "Withdraw" and the ZAX balance goes to 0, and my account balance... stayed at 0.
Right after clicking "Withdraw":

My reaction:
I ran around in circles for 5 minutes like a headless chicken and finally decided to change instances, I went to PE, checked, nothing. I eventually logged out and logged back in, and the Zen was there, I was able to reup my VIP. So happy now.
