(Guardian) Fighter Dig In stops working while block remains active all the time

I'm not sure about the exact steps to reproduce this bug, but it's something that have been happening to me pretty much every time I play.

What happens:
While fighting, you will use TAB block at some point and normally follow with a Dig In attack. However, for some reason, these get bugged in a way your character is always blocking. You are not in the blocking animation, but EVERY hit you receive goes to your shield, so basically you can run around/basic attack WITHOUT blocking and you will get hits into your shield anyway, stamina still reduces by the hits. And when this happens the Dig In attack cannot be triggered anymore. When you block an attack the shield glows like you could perform the Dig In, but it doesn't trigger when you release TAB. This stays bugged forever (even between loads), it only fixes in safe zones, I think, like protectors or the yawning portal. Another thing is that you can see the blue shield barrier effect following your character (even without blocking).

So essentially you gain a forever-blocking-mode (so you don't need to block anymore) and also lose a lot of damage potential, since the Dig In cannot be activate and has one of the lowest cool-down for attacks, is one of the highest area damages for a tank Fighter and is a base class skill.

I think this happens in a combination of releasing Dig-In + Receiving CC at the same time.

Besides the awful release of the Fighter in this mod with blocking attacks broken, this mod still has issues on BASIC CLASS MECHANICS!
