House of the Crocodile bug has returned for Mod 16

Attempted to solo House of the Crocodile and can not progress past the second chamber after clearing the room of intial set of mobs. It mission indicator doesn't register the killing of the scorpion in the gauntlet and the killing of subsequent mobs in the second chamber doesn't give any change. The second half of group of mobs in the second chamber do not spawn. Even after exit and re-entry of HoC still doesn't clear it.
