They should have done a linear pass of enchants like I suggested years ago.. to decrease the gap.. that would've been more practical.
Many saw that the power creep gap was too large back when we just had 12's. BTW, I was a opponent of r12 increase, r14 increase and now the ridiculous r15 increase.. none of it was needed.
Im still perplexed how players continue to spend money on increases.. then asked for nerfs to make content more viable .
Power creep of the magnitude sold, was never needed to play this game. But any sort of x, y or z increase players flocked to.
If more players asked for the right solutions to start with, we wouldnt have mod 16. But nope, you all had to go drop coin on any 1% advantage over and over.
The company saw it, capitilized it, nerfing it down to trash monsters.. and is starting anew..
Dont believe for 50 seconds.. that this same round of "adustments" wont happen over and over.
Besides the fact that refining is really efficient at the moment with the try to success? If this doesn't change when it comes to console, I'll be actually working to get as many enchantments up as I can.
I'm not sure what you mean. The only change to refining "efficiency" is that because of the ward cap, you will need slightly fewer Preservation wards than before in the long run.
The "efficiency" that is relevant to me is more like how much I gain from leveling up an enchant, compared to how much it costs me, and right now, refining enchants (other than bonding runestones) is just not an effective way to gain stats.
Also keep in mind how scaling works. If you are a level 80 player doing L70 content, a R10 and R15 enchants might get scaled (or more like "capped") down to the same level - anything you put into refining them is essentially wasted, so - no, it's not very "efficient".
But, if you just want to walk around with a higher IL number, sure, go ahead.
And we all know how IL = skill, LMAO...
I've seen more 18 DC be bad at being a DC when than those that are around 15K. IL <> skill and with the changes to how stats work in mod 16 ranking an enchantment up from an R8 to a R15 doesn't have the impact it does now in mod 15. That lose is why I agree with Adinsoli that more players won't be ranking up enchantments as you won't really gain much of anything.
Mod 16 screams economical loss for Cryptic.
1) Legendary mounts have a lower value in mod 16 when compared to mod 15 2) Weapon Enchantments significantly decreases come mod 16 3) The 1000:1 reduces the value of offensive and defensive enchantment
These three items players spent money to upgrade or spent money to zen to convert to AD to buy these items out right. Come mod 16 with these items having a loss value Cryptic is basically taking money out of their own pockets. This will hurt them and it will show within a few months.
Well it sounds like y'all must be one of the minority players who has a ton of toons maxed out with r14s and unparalleleds. I don't. This update will allow me to expand my class selection since I can bring more up to a viable state. I just can't match this frustration because I see it easier for fresh 80's to get "caught up." If you say enchantments don't matter have you personally tested a toon with all enchantments in and none at all?
Honestly, I don't mind if the gap between new and end game was lowered (dungeons can be toxic) which I believe are the direction of the these last couple modules have been trying to accomplish.
The gap between living with Rank 8’s Enchants and Bondings and Rank 13/14 Enchants and Bondings is noticeable.
The existence of caps on gear doesn’t invalidate that gear’s value in places without a cap (Expeditions and LotMM), which is where current end game players will be concentrating their efforts anyway.
Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin Obsidian Oath - Warlock A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.

your stats still need to be adjusted to a certain degree. There will be still items to upgrade to do that. Its just with the 1k to 1 ratio the total benefits are far more limited.
A fully decked out toon will still be more useful then a less decked out one.
Its just the curve of expansion doesn't systemically increase as high.
Just look a single stat ration of Radiant r14 to r15.. its 200 more per enchant, but when you look at say 8 offensive slots x 200
Thats a additional 1600 power when you look at the new ratios of 1k to 1 ratio, its barely a blip difference.
However if you take zero enchants your looking at a total station adjustment of 9600 missing.
Remove weapon enchants ect.
This are just a base thoughts, not actualy #s, so dont get hung up on it the totals, just using this as a base example.
You will most likely be doing 10-20% less damage straight up on a decked out toon vs a non decked out toon. (depending on the stats missing)
Its just the power curve has dropped.. significantly, where its gone from say 80-100% less at all times.
Was this curve needed? Yes.. but it couldve been done differently as with the above mentioned linearization of enchantments , removal of power sharing, a revamp of weapon enchants and a retooling of buff/debuff groupings.
All of this couldve been done to adjust the game, without making things so dramatically different.
But its not going to happen now.. so whatever at this point.

You are probably right with it being 20% more but 20% of nothing is still nothing. Our primary damage is our at wills and those do nothing. That means even top end enchantments you still really don't see a big difference in damage.
With that said though, most players should have R8. That difference is a bit smaller than the 20%.
Mod 16 just makes 20K+ IL players a tad better than a player that is 15K IL.

My guess is that it will not be delayed unless there will be showstopper, like players can't progress, or can't login.
All YouTube streamers have reached out to community and other streamers for discussion. So what's your problem? I've seen the gameplay so far and I don't like the results so far! Just because I haven't played preview, doesn't give you any reason to discriminate me and these YouTube streamers that are in fact community, even though they play other games too. Do you really think they don't have a clue how the game works? Of course they do! According to the common sense logic of my mind, these so called YouTube Streamers play the game enough to understand the game and they don't simply stop at level 70 or even 80 for that matter now. However, these YouTube streamers have lives, just like everyone else, so they are casual. These streamers play more frequently than the real casual community! If you don't like my feedback by how I'm giving it? I didn't ask for your opinions. Instead of the direct approach at me, please take me out of it! So seriously you're argument is invalid, pointless, and immature to be in this discussion. Also you never gave the reason why lifesteal and recovery is not needed in PvE. However, I stated my reasons why lifesteal and recovery is needed. The only reason why you're picking a fight argument with me is because you don't like my reasoning apparently. I feel like recovery and lifesteal is needed at times, but not stacked and only put in certain gear stats areas to limit down a problem of invincibility it seems. The way I feel right now is my defense, so how that is going to be solved with enemy flanks? I've seen gameplay and I'm slightly concerned. So please make an agreement on something or work with me on a solution, rather than causing toxic rant. Thank you.
Closing the gap is going to be good for new players and gearing alts in the short term, but the concern being expressed about it not being worth the cost to upgrade past R12 ish is more about middle term. Once you get to that point where there's no real reason to upgrade .... what keeps people playing? Some people will stay regardless, but most people need something to do. As irritating as it is for those of us who are not BiS, the BiS chase actually has a purpose that is good for the game. Lowering the benefits of the the BiS chase lowers motivation and satisfaction for playing overall in a long term sense. I imagine they think that in the long term after enough L80 content is introduced the BiS chase will be back on, but that is realistically YEARS in the future at the rate they introduce new mods. Future mods will need to contain more content to keep that busy feeling if they're going to keep people engaged without a BiS chase.
> In particular considering that not only do you get a full set of enchants with the vistani gear, you get a second set with the Undermountain gear.
And much like the Vistani gear, your first character will get the R8s and every character after that will get R6s.
You don't need any enchantments come next mod. They are like legendary mounts in mod 15; they won't make or break a character but they do add a bit more to the table for your character. That is what enchantments will offer in mod 16.
The question is now does it make financial sense for a new player to buy a high end enchantment? Not going forward because the cost out weighs the gains you get from enchantments in mod 16.
Just like skip buying a legendary mount as the bonus is not worth their cost as well.
I tell new players all the time now, if you have a PC go try preview for mod 16 if you can. Once it lands on PC I will tell new players to go play mod 16 on PC to see if they like it.
I didn't like mod 16 as a cleric or fighter. For wizard it wasn't as bad, so that is the only reason why I'm sticking around is to play my wizard.

Totally true. Friend and I ran 5-80 three times on sets of character with no enchantments. Even into Kessel, Shores, eLoL, Spider. The dungeons were hard of course as a two man team, but honestly with a 5 man team - No enchantments? No problem. The only places I forsee enchantments mattering at all in the near future is LotMM, Cradle, T9, CR. Maybe. Depending on how the scaling shakes out. Seriously devalued.

Just because I haven't played preview, doesn't give you any reason to discriminate me
Sure it does. Not trying or playing yourself makes your opinion less valid than someone who did. Lets take a car for example, who would you trust offering their opinion on a car, someone who owns it and drove hours and hours in one, or someone who is far from an expert and only saw a video. The first person at least provides their subjective view.
Do you really think they don't have a clue how the game works? Of course they do!
Some do. But some? Not only they DO NOT, they spread misleading, false, erroneous information, blocking corrections, and do not fix their videos.
Just watch a-man video about weapon enchants and fey specifically, it's simply wrong, and I don't talk about the conclusions, I talk about the description of how it works. - 100% wrong.. Siphons damage!? He should listen to people who understand the game more than just reading the tooltips.
Watch the TR videos - No clue how TR works. And don't let me get started about base mechanics - probably half my reddit posts are correcting such great truths, spread by quality youtubers like a-man, e.g. critical severity caps, 4k power = 10% damage increase for geared player, debuffs = buffs, and what not.
According to the common sense logic of my mind, these so called YouTube Streamers play the game enough to understand the game and they don't simply stop at level 70 or even 80 for that matter now.
If common sense was so common, I wouldn't need to post this post. But yes, some do understand parts of the game (no one knows every aspect), but some make videos about things they do not, only to get more views.
However, these YouTube streamers have lives, just like everyone else, so they are casual. These streamers play more frequently then you think!
Irrelevant. I know some of the streamers you've mentioned much better than you. Some make quality content, some do not. Yet all of it irrelevant to your feedback.
Also you never gave the reason why lifesteal and recovery is not needed in PvE.
I've pointed out that you should read the AMA on reddit and the Dev blog, the players binary life, dead or alive and the rampant buffs are a well known issue, that forced the devs to create forced deaths mechanics like push pull. Is the removal is the best solution? Not for me to judge, but as I've described in great length, it is not something that will make or kill the game, there are games without life steal at all, that make combat work, and I'm sure it can be made to work with it.
The way I feel right now is my defense, so how that is going to be solved, with enemy flanks? I've seen gameplay and I'm slightly concerned.
Great. I can't understand half the paragraph there, but ok.
So please make an agreement on something or work with me on a solution, rather than causing toxic rant. Thank you.
Why disagreeing is a toxic rant? You provided your reasoning, I've provided mine about yours, isn't that what the forums are about? Or you think it's like a youtube channel, where you can just hide any comment that disagrees?!

I soooo want to Agree, Like, and LOL at that post.
I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

I actually tested this on my Barb. I have pretty much full R12's with a sprinkling of R13s, R14 bondings, and an Unparalleled Vorpal. My companion-gear runestones are R10's. I took ALL my enchants out (including bondings and companion-gear runestones), then spent an hour running around Vanrakdoom. Yes, I know, solo content. I was in queue for LOTMM the whole time and it didn't pop, I tried. Then I did it again with all the enchants in.
According to ACT, I lost only about 6% total DPS with NO ENCHANTS AT ALL over near-BIS enchants. I expect the difference between Unp Vorpal and R12's and R13's and fully maxed everything will be less than 1%.
You are almost correct. Current system (mod15) was based on possibility to spent real monay to fill a gap between BIS/end game player and a new one.
But size of the gap, or to be more precise reason to fill it does matter. In MOD 16 - as you said - you would have easier time to make your toon viable. Easier... witch in fact means with lesser use of AD, so with lesser reason to buy ZEN to convert them to AD,
Seems nice right? Almost - from player perspective its awesome. But in the same time it reduces company ravenue. If it hits a Cryptic we wont get more content etc.
So I guess there gona be a new ways to have a reason to buy ZEN, or some1 at Cryptic dont like to earn money.
imo they waited way to long to make a change like the stat scaling change. one month was not enough time to address all the implications and bugs it triggered. bad move imo. other than some tweaks to toons that was needed at the time they did this change the game was looking pretty good over all one month was plenty of time to polish the product. they should have put the 1000/1 on hold til 16.5 and just let people know it was coming and spent that time polishing all the toons instead of blowing stuff up so close to release.
The point is that it will be years before there is enough to justify the cost of upgrades. And that isn't actually good for the game as much as players will rejoice. The game needs there to be things to do and things to spend money on.

Except for the fact that people (like myself) will be buying Zen for wards to upgrade enchants and new artifacts?

Wait - what?
Go copy/paste your post in the General Discussion / PC forum. Start a new thread there. It will likely trend and attract lots of feedback. You certainly have a right to express your opinion, but I think this is the wrong place for this content.
This is whole forum section is intended for people with direct experience on Preview to post feedback on their experience with the mechanics of M16 - not feedback based on watching selective videos of other players running M16.

In related news... I watched a YouTube video showing the removal of a malignant tumor from a patient's cerebral cortex. [Clenches a steak knife.] Anyone have a headache? I'm a neurosurgeon now, apparently.
Took... M.D.
I am Took.
"Full plate and packing steel" in NW since 2013.
My concerns are cooldowns and defense. Let me get my reasoning straight of my concerns. It seems like no one has seen my previous posts? Here like a broken record dealing with toxicity within the community.
Nova, Greyhastur & Galactic Underwear had a podcast.
Galactic Underwear, Unforgiven, Siv3ry, & Rainer had a podcast.
Ok I'm not sure all them had a podcast together, however I know for sure The Assist Man has discussed with Northside. Northside has played the game probably more than any other streamer with his 170 Power-24K item level Barbarian class playing the Mod 16 preview. So you really want feedback from actual players? They are there! Sure misinformation can happen, but I've looked elsewhere on Mod 16 by the way. So I know where Mod 16 is by the comments I've seen from Reddit, Zone Chat-(people that are playing on both dragon mod 15 still/mimic mod 16 preview servers), and etc. Again YouTube streamers outreached the community. All have gotten their information from the community and actual streamers playing the game. Please understand where I'm at @micky1p00 and work with me here!
I see problems by watching gameplay on the Mod 16 preview and personally I'm sorry @micky1p00 if you don't like YouTubers that played the game preview and I'm sorry you don't like any of them. Again your discriminating people that outreached other streamers and the community by the way. I stated that countless of times to you! Stating they are not community when they get something wrong by misinformation. Oh I'm sorry they got something slightly wrong. I wasn't discussing about enchantment stats! I'm discussing only gear stats only for lifesteal and recovery, which you bring on The Assist Man about enchantments. It's not right to discriminate any of this community, even though The Assist Man plays on Xbox, but again he has reached out to other community! The only enchantments I'm discussing is lifesteal and recovery to be off in that area and only in gear stats areas as my suggestion to bring those stats back that help aid the player class. Jeez!...and no I'm not The Assist Man, if you're confused on my wording.
I admit I've not played this game long. I started in August 2018 or September 2018 and now I'm 11K item level on my Rogue as I type this thread today, but that's irrelevant and I'm not discussing those areas like you are with how hard something hits. Oh that's a problem, I kinda am discussing the hit problem, and it's because of those 20 long second cooldowns! You can't DPS with a 20 second cooldown and 7-12 seconds seems reasonable to me for encounter skills, which is like every Tera Online Skill; 5-10 seconds-mostly 8-7 seconds-some were 12. Feats will help aid like 10%, which isn't much and 7.2% of 8 seconds is 7.4 seconds is exactly what I had on Tera Online chest gear as cooldown reduction. However, I had it twice as roll to help with rotations after short cooldown skills once I got Frost gear. So I understand a problem that needs to be addressed with Neverwinter for relating, so here is my reasoning. I understand DPS probably more than anyone, most, and/or at least worthy of knowing. It's a no brainer. Who uses shady preparations feat to help aid them on Rogue?-I do! Who uses relentless battle fury feat and battle awareness feat with according encounter skills that is stated for Barbarian/GWF?-I do! Recovery helps, but 20 seconds is too much I think because recovery is that slight extra cooldown shave off. 10%-15% can't help much for 20 seconds. Honestly I haven't looked at much of the Barbarian/GWF, but what I do know it's nerfed extremely bad stated for Northside because Barbarian doesn't have feats to help with cooldowns or does it? All I know he stated playing the preview that his damages are nerfed on his encounters and his at-wills are hitting at only 9K on Epic Temple Of Spiders at level 80. That means this game still has problems, which is an other concern to be addressed by how limited we are now with boons and everything else! All I'm stating really that it makes logical sense to make encounters or skills at a reasonable cooldown in any game! It's because this won't happen as below in pic! I discuss on the behalf for the community and myself @micky1p00 and that's why I'm trying to work something out with to be in concord. Otherwise all you're doing is ranting toxic, which is exactly what I'm seeing. Sorry to brag as this post is read further, but personally as a player I see a problem, since recovery is removed from the game. Having 3,271 recovery and having shady preparations feat as 10%-shaved off 5 seconds off my encounter skills, I performed decent with those 20 second encounters and waiting for stealth to pop up with Lurker Assault helps a lot. I relate to DPS and how I know measurements. 20 seconds isn't reasonable for encounter cooldown for gameplay, otherwise this won't happen. Higher numbers. Not stating we will get that high, but the point is there. Because there was a time that I didn't have any cooldown reduction with same stats and those numbers were not high numbers.
I'm really concerned with those 20 second cooldowns of those encounters that should be 7-12 seconds. So something has to be changed, otherwise this game won't be fluent enough and will be really difficult to DPS. The class feats can't do much for 20 seconds.
It's ridiculous that we have these 20 second long encounters! So I'm sorry @micky1p00 if you don't like my reasoning with lifesteal and recovery only in gear stats; it's only suggestion. Also I gave other suggestions to solve the problem if you didn't like the recovery or lifesteal only in gear stats, which I did!
I try to work with people and I'm not lying that I see many people having the same thoughts on my reasoning to try to solve some issues because those stats are taken away.
I never asked your opinions....meaning from my feedback with your rants with no reasoning. I asked for solutions that we all can concord on. Some liked my suggestions here on forums, but they are not final. It's called brain-storming and personally no reason to get all negative toxic towards me, because some liked my idea? I guess that's the problem? I'm working with you ok and I did! You don't pay attention do you?
Lifesteal was more like a chance of life/death and it has helped me personally on Rogue. I liked the feeling of getting health back by chance and chance is the only reason why I liked it during many hard challenges with many enemies flanking me; I can only dodge so much. Barovia is a great example of difficulty, but I can manage only so much at times to fight my way back to get health after a mishap. No one can dodge 100% all the time, that's human. Either give classes more vitality in combat, while running and dodging. More hit points or more defense for some balance, which I stated. Perhaps no one saw? Oh well. It happens.
Recovery, which I never stacked by enchantments and only have in gear stats only. I perform quite well with 3,721 recovery and I stated that as my reasoning argument to make the statement that it does help to have some recovery. However, you don't like that at all having any recovery. I understand that perhaps better gear players will have better recovery stats. That's makes sense, yet I'm brain-storming and trying to work with you @micky1p00. I got that PvE or PvP, no recovery! I worked with you and you didn't even realize it. So you don't read.
The problems I've seen stated by many YouTube streamers and community is that cooldowns are a problem, which I do concur with long cooldowns on those encounters to be a problem. I read other comments from community and watched streams of actual Mod 16 gameplay. I'm sorry that @micky1p00 is being a non-community person here that can't give me his solutions, which I asked very to be civil from him, but instead he just points fingers, rants at me, and discriminates some YouTubers that have played the game preview. Forget the The Assist Man, since he plays on Xbox, but again he has discussed with YouTuber streamers in a podcast or somehow by contact and so has many other streamers. Not all have played preview, like perhaps The Assist Man, but he has reached out to Northside (has played preview-btw) and many others for discussion. So stop discriminating them, even though The Assist Man is fact community, but on Xbox!
Anyone that can't work with someone doesn't belong here in this discussion! I asked for your solutions, not your rants! So either you work with people or continue as you are with being immature in this discussion. Does it click in your mind that you're not solving anything? Perhaps the developers gave up on us, because of you being toxic? Ever thought about? I suggest you follow the TOS by not being so toxic and work with the community.
So are you 'adult' community or not? You don't like me stating about YouTube streamers? Oh I'm sorry you think they are meaningless, but the logical sense is my concerns of what I've seen and also stating what others have stated in comments that concur also elsewhere. Whether it's forums, Reddit, YouTube, other forums/blogs, and etc. Everywhere!
I will stand in my defense on the behalf of this community, but I will work with you if you let me? Mod 16 still needs work! However, Cryptic needs to post pone the release! I don't see anything stating on TOS that I can't stand up for these YouTube streamers to defend them because they are working so hard to outreach this community. I'm asking you to work with this community, rather than waste a post worthy to get everything in working order with your pointless rants. I'm asking you in a very polite way and truly point out how your behavior is.
Cryptic cannot post pone release. They have contractual obligations to release.
I tried watching one of the YouTubers you cite (that is actually playing 16), in the first 5 minutes of their video I could see fundamental play mistakes that will affect their opinion. An opinion people listen to.
So no, watching someone else play doesn’t hold a candle to actually going and playing the new Mod for yourself.
People are acting like the devs have only been working on this Mod since it started preview, it’s been in process since at least the launch of 15, and there is some evidence that this target has been in process for even longer.
So, no they cannot post pone or go back. Stop clinging to that past. Start learning how to actually play the new content and provide feedback in line with the obvious directions of the game in order to make that direction achieved better.
Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin Obsidian Oath - Warlock A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.

Except for the fact that people (like myself) will be buying Zen for wards to upgrade enchants and new artifacts?
Yes, except the fact you gone need much less of those, and keep in mind arti sets you not changing every day, enchantments at this state are not worth upgradeing (mostylo cos 95% of conten is level 70 where rank 15 or 10 works same so...)
But there is more - enchanted keys price did not changed - while a legendary mouns price droped significantly. Lesser the prize is lesser is the will to risk buying keys, not to mention general drop of value of items form lockboxes.
Campaign completions - since you have account wide unlock for dungeons there is no need to gring AND buy those. Current state of boons is...meh....
I am not saying that players stop buing ZEN in general. All I am saying MOD 16 changes made few reasons to buy ZEN less attractive.
I normally play on console (xbox one) and decided to install the game on my laptop last weekend to give it a go. Recently started 2 new characters on console and overall the new character (Fighter) on mod 16 preview was overall harder to play through the content. Not sure yet if it is too hard since I didn't get very far into the content (level 21), but you do notice you have to use your abilities more instead of just hack and slash your way through it. So more thought into how you play is a good thing.
Worst about new characters is probably not even noticing your new powers upon level up, since there are no choices, they are just added. Maybe it gets a bit better with the Paragon path at level 30 but I doubt it will be very much better based on what I've read so far.
From what I've read scaling will be a thing, and I hope that at least we feel (at end game characters) a bit more powerful than zone level characters.

1) Legendary mounts have a lower value in mod 16 when compared to mod 15
2) Weapon Enchantments significantly decreases come mod 16
3) The 1000:1 reduces the value of offensive and defensive enchantment
These three items players spent money to upgrade or spent money to zen to convert to AD to buy these items out right. Come mod 16 with these items having a loss value Cryptic is basically taking money out of their own pockets. This will hurt them and it will show within a few months.

The existence of caps on gear doesn’t invalidate that gear’s value in places without a cap (Expeditions and LotMM), which is where current end game players will be concentrating their efforts anyway.
Obsidian Oath - Warlock
A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.
> In particular considering that not only do you get a full set of enchants with the vistani gear, you get a second set with the Undermountain gear.
And much like the Vistani gear, your first character will get the R8s and every character after that will get R6s.

> So, is it good enough? Or can they make it so? Dunno. In MMO retention if they delay too long they will lose more than they will gain by the fixes. A fine line to walk.
Thank you.

Why buy when they can create?
Lets take a car for example, who would you trust offering their opinion on a car, someone who owns it and drove hours and hours in one, or someone who is far from an expert and only saw a video. The first person at least provides their subjective view. They are all part of the community, like everyone else. They are not the community, same as any other single person. Some do.
If common sense was so common, I wouldn't need to post this post. But yes, some do understand parts of the game (no one knows every aspect), but some make videos about things they do not, only to get more views. Irrelevant. I know some of the streamers you've mentioned much better than you. Some make quality content, some do not. Yet all of it irrelevant to your feedback. If you would only focus on your feedback and not some youtubers who never played on preview. I'm happy to provide it anyway. You are welcome. Fell free not to reply, and not to ping me. I would take the last word on this. Thanks. It's only pointless if no one reads. I'll make sure at least some of the voices in my head read it too. Great. I can't understand half the paragraph there, but ok. Why disagreeing is a toxic rant? You provided your reasoning, I've provided mine about yours, isn't that what the forums are about? Or you think it's like a youtube channel, where you can just hide any comment that disagrees?!
According to ACT, I lost only about 6% total DPS with NO ENCHANTS AT ALL over near-BIS enchants. I expect the difference between Unp Vorpal and R12's and R13's and fully maxed everything will be less than 1%.
I'm not happy about that, at all.
Latter is highly.... unlikely
All that happens is “reset the clock” on the slow climb to trivialising content that is currently hard.
If you are BIS and the content isn’t hard are you not already benefiting from being BIS?

Go copy/paste your post in the General Discussion / PC forum. Start a new thread there. It will likely trend and attract lots of feedback. You certainly have a right to express your opinion, but I think this is the wrong place for this content.
This is whole forum section is intended for people with direct experience on Preview to post feedback on their experience with the mechanics of M16 - not feedback based on watching selective videos of other players running M16.

Obsidian Oath - Warlock
A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.
