lately I came across a black dot in some characters, npcs and compenions and I do not know how to solve, I already asked for personal help and unfortunately it has not been solved, I used the graphics at the maximum and I tried to reduce the graphics to a minimum, I already sent the dxdiag as it was request and still unhappily is without a solution.
