Link doesn't work for trainer pack loot bundle

The link I was given for the loot bundle say URL not found.

    Hi @rynardm! Our partners provided us an update indicating that players needed to go through the mobile app to obtain the code. We have updated the blog on our end accordingly.

    Tried that -- the link from the mobile app fails. I followed the instructions to paste the code into the email, but what it get is "The requested URL /aff_c was not found on this server."
