Random Queue - Placed in a party but not part of the party

Today, I queued up in the RAQ and was placed in Master Spellplague Caverns. Screen loads up and no one is there. No party members are present. I check the scoreboard to see if they might have skipped out but the numbers on the Paingiver chart are still clocking damage. I don't have any party portraits other than my own and can't talk with my team in chat. I run ahead and the way has been cleared out. I finally catch my party at the second boss and there are four members. I try to log out and log back on. No luck. The team's portrait is still there and I can't leave without taking the penalty. I did anyway. Now my 'former' team is still there waiting for someone to fill my slot and I'm eating the penalty. This hasn't just happened in mSPC. I've seen and experienced this in other content like Demo and eDemo. Please fix.
