Reaner's Salvation quest not appearing

in Bug Reports (PC)
So basically, unlocked it in the quest window, but I can't get the quest itself from anywhere. I can't report it with the ingame thing 'cause I don't have the quest.
What do? I'm currently stuck with my campaign completion because of it. I can enter MBH and I finished it once.

    On the travel map check to see if you have a quest to do in River District (Meet the Harper Envoy).
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    Nope. I didn't pick up any quests in PE after doing the thing in the campaign details.

    Strange. Quest giver is Omin for that.

    All the AI quests as the airship chauffeurs you directly to the location. Yet this last quest has you running to the RD docks. So what happens if the player hasn't unlocked RD yet...

    It still allows them to go to RD. I have one that had not unlocked RD and it opened for me.

    Yeh, no quests for it from him. Hope to get a response soon.

    Now with the weekly reset, nothing has changed - still don't have quest at Omin Dran OR in RD.

    Nope. It apparently got self-resolved on today's weekly reset for some god-forsaken reason.
