Master Assault on Svardborg: Bugged Boss Will Not Die/Skirmish Will Not Complete

This occurred during a RAQ. We completed killing all the adds and took the boss to 0 health, but he never died. At 0 health he became immune to all attacks and just stood in place only turning to face his greatest threat source. I do not recall how many players were dead, but some were. We tried unsummoning all pets, standing and not standing on the recharge runes, attacking, not attacking, running around/standing still. Some tried re-logging. Eventually we were forced to abandon the instance/skirmish. I wish I had more, and I wish I was recording the whole fight, and had thought to save the log. I did record the the zero health not dead boss after everyone left, so at least you could see my rotation. I had the Chultan Tiger summoned. Sorry for the flicking video.

Thanks for the reply. I have not tried it again since this. It was a RAQ; haven't gotten it again. If it does I will let you know.
