Coin Storm Will Not Activate

The Coin Storm accessory will not activate. It cannot be put into a potion slot, nor can it be activated from the inventory, by choosing the 'Use' Option.

    I was able to use it from inventory but it took me a few seconds to realize where it was since it's not directly over your head (cause, owe, that would hurt!). Are you not seeing it beside or behind you or do you get any type of message when you try using it?

    I had to log out and log back in. Then the coin storm appears front right. Now, however, there is no way to make it disband? I do not see a timer on the icon nor in the tool tip. Is it like the Doohickey? But the doohickey has a purpose in the potion slot. This just animates coins from a cloud, and does nothing else?
