Unable to replenish workshop morale account-wide

Bug when interacting with the retainer and selecting option 2. "I want to replenish workshop morale."

Selecting this option on any of my characters brings up what looks like the claims agent screen with this message:

The store is empty. Please finish your transactions and reopen the store to see new items.

The icons at the bottom of the screen are "Finished" and "Claim".


None of my characters able to view options to replenish workshop morale regardless of how much or how little morale they have consumed that day.

It seems that everyone who is affected by this bug bought the "Renegade Drow Pack" in the ZEN-store, maybe the bug is related to these reworked packs.

I did not buy the Renegade Drow pack, but I did buy the similar Dragonborn Race Pack.

Just The legendary dragon born pack. i wanted the hero of north too but it is still removed i guess

@nitocris83 Julia, should we be asking Support for assistance or wait on a dev fix? Morale isn’t usually a big priority for me, but it would be nice to have the option during this event. Thanks!

My retainer's bugged too, I bought the Moon Elf and Dragonborn packs.

Anyone affected by this should get 3 days of half off morale or something... this seriously impacts the ability of those of us that Mastercraft too compete in the marketplace. Basically we are being punished for spending zen.

I have the same problem since 5 or 6 days and i dont know if it is said so in english but i have a loss to gain and anyway this must be fixed really soon.

However, I would have liked to know what the compensation would be because it is a daily loss of earnings and because it is annoying and terribly disappointing.

Hello again,
This word to tell you my exasperation. Indeed we are perhaps not very numerous to have this bug but I can tell you that it is really penalizing. How can we do business when we can do nothing (or almost nothing)?
And I can guarantee you that for my part, knowing that the 3 hairs under the cap are no longer visible and that for my case nothing seems to be planned, it makes me mad...

Yes it is clear that it is very disappointing and I regret the dry loss in AD but, at least we have been answered what is already good because according to where, we would have been thrown into a dongeon.
Anyway, let's wait and see, then maybe we'll have a surprise for Christmas.
In my great naiveté I may still believe in Santa Claus ^^

Thank you for the updates! I had the Bolden bug, had just gotten my Workshop to 4, then hit this. I guess it *is* flu season, after all! Will be very pleased to see it fixed fixed.

I withdraw what I just wrote, normally after the maintenance we can buy morale again!
