Incorrect message for chult patronage token task

The token message says: `To unlock this task, you must have completed "Power of the far Realm".`

This is incorrect message. Because is are no such task in the chult campaign. The conditions should be specified more precisely. Also the token creation task should specify which conditions are not satisfied.

    Even if you have completed this task within the Cloaked Ascendancy campaign, It still won't let you create the Chult Patronage Signet.

    Confirming that the text is currently incorrect - the requirements are that you have all 3 paths completed in the Chult campaign. The updated/correct text will be pushed live in a future fix.
