No information about the artisan

Right now I can't see any information about the artisan application

    Getting this as well although not every character, seems to be random.

    For those where is is working the Accept and Decline buttons do not work, they are greyed out.

    For me it always happen when I check the recruitment, then close the window without accepting or declining, to go to the management and dismiss someone. After I'm back from management, and open the recruitment page usually this is the outcome - empty window.

    As of now whatever caused the bug is now solved , thanks a lot =)

    Incorrect. I had this bug twice yesterday and once today already. So it's still very much around. It just doesn't happen every time so you can go a while without getting it.

    oh, too bad it's still happening to someone else, I didn't get the bug for quite some time.

    @elsiehelps#2667 If you'd checked the OP then you'd see that this bug report is a week older than the one you linked to so if anything it was reported here and the one in the link is the duplicate.
    Second the only reason this is alive again is that OP thought it was fixed but I could regretfully them and the devs that no it isn't. It's just always been intermittent in nature and if I were to hazard a guess I'd say it's to do with the RNG nature of the applications but I could be wrong. I know nothing about the code in the game.
    Either way, bug is still very much alive and well. I just had it again five minutes ago :(

    Thanks for the update! If it is indeed intermittent then it's a bigger challenge to reproduce. I'll bring it up to the team again to see how we can approach this issue.

    I do remember that one of the times it happened to me was like this:
    - Entered the workshop with main character.
    - Opened the application list and closed it without neither accepting nor declining the application.
    - Changed to an alter character.
    - Opened the application list and accepted the artisan application.
    - Back to main character.
    - The application didn't display any information now.

    I just tried this again but it didn't failed. I'll try again tomorrow.

    I have configured the launcher with the "-console" option in the Command line configuration.

    Maybe if this happens again with the console open, we can see something at the logs.

    OK, I reproduced it today.

    - Entered workshop with a character.
    - Opened the application list (2 applications).
    - Declined the first one (it says no more remaining applications).
    - Closed the master deck.
    - Opened the delivery box.
    - Took a few deliveries from it.
    - Waited a few minutes with the delivery box still open.
    - Took a few more deliveries.
    - Closed the delivery box.
    - Opened the application list (it says 2 applications again).
    - Application shows no information.

    And reproduced it twice.

    - Entered workshop with a character.
    - Opened the application list (2 applications).
    - Declined the first one (it says no more remaining applications).
    - Closed the master deck.
    - Opened the delivery box.
    - Waited a few minutes with the delivery box still open.
    - Took one delivery from the box.
    - Closed the delivery box.
    - Opened the application list (it says 1 application).
    - Application shows no information.

    For recovering the application I have to fully close and open the game.

    Bug #4804515

    A month has passed ... and today I once again got the blank Artisan application when I checked the queue.

    1) Enter Workshop
    2) Check current Artisans
    3) Check new applicants - get blank application

    Exit workshop, logout, re-enter workshop, check Artisan apps, same result.
