Blackiron Swordbreaker, both versions. Presumably abnormal, I don't play TR.

Prolly more, but you get the idea.
Should offer Damage/pow/crit/recovery, but does not.
It's not just "not on the tooltip". Damage of melee powers is reduced.

I'm not big on bumping my own HAMSTER, but I want some satisfaction and therefore had to... dig in.

New offhand weapons (checked yesterday) don't have damage values.
Going to go ahead and guess it has to do with how some items can't be used as transmutes and that it'll be fixed eventually, but yeah, bringing it up again.

Found that on HR offhands as well, Adamantine whatever's have no damage value and did that same amount of damage in combat. Made them for a toon I was leveling in december.
