Masterwork rank not properly transfered

Before M15:
Tailoring -> MW rank 2 (got the Masterwork Spinning Wheel in purple quality)
Leatherworking -> MW rank 2 (got the Masterwork Round Knife in purple quality)
Jewelcrafting -> MW rank 1 (got the Grinding Wheel in white quality)
After M15, workbench in workshop shows:
Tailoring -> "Masterwork I-II" and "Masterwork III" (ok)
Leatherworking -> "Masterwork I-II" ("Masterwork III" missing!)
Jewelcrafting -> "Masterwork I-II" and "Masterwork III" (one rank too much)
Jewelcrafting does not show me the recipes for rank 3 though, so it is double messy.
I do still have the masterwork tools that I mentioned above.
