Tomb of the Nine Gods the last boss it is glitching

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
when you died in the last boss and you released yourself you not appearing in the fountain you appear in another zone that is all black. pls check and test it when you can ty I know is not easy guys

    The times I run it happen to me and I think is consistently because I saw one of my friend that it happen to him too. QUICK NOTES, it happen when you died when you try to wipe or reset that you jump out of the platform of the last boss or when the boss kill you and another thing sometime you can't get out of the loading screen when you died in the last boss that you need to reset the game. If you not understand sorry for my bad english I hope you have a idea what is going on.

    Sorry I can't, I don't have right equipment to do it but maybe I will try if it happen to me again
