I bought Zen...with my credit card through Arc. I have not received it though I received my confirmation email.
I cannot access support because when I attempt to the page spins and errors out. Can someone please message me with help.

    If this was your first time it may take up to a couple / three hours.

    you might want to make sure they didnt lock or put a hold on the charge. happens to me sometimes and i have to call the bank and confirm purchase
