Unable to log into preview server after Patch.

Hi, I've tried multiple times to log into the preview server with no luck, crash every time. I've tried Safe Mode, proxy, force verify. I even deleted the preview game files and reloaded from scratch, still no luck. Apparently there are other AMD graphic card users with the same problem. Attached are screenshots of the crash and system specifications. Thanks. It's not a big deal if I can't log into preview, but if this goes live, I may have the same problem. And yes, I can log into the live server with no issues.

    after countless failures -- an experimental re-download --- rebooting machine --- more failures -- giving up and reverting to the original version . . .

    out of the blue it worked once

    now its back to being a Hamster on crack

    I have an AMD graphics card and I'm having the same issue trying to get into the preview server, normal server works fine for me. Please don't let this go live.

    My AMD R7 250 was on preview just fine, so I do not think it's ALL AMD cards, but maybe newer ones than mine.

    I'm having the same issue, cant launch preview. I stopped trying after the 4th reinstall of the game, I hope theres something someone can do.

    I'd suggest waiting for the next preview patch. It's possible there's some compatibility issues currently.

    found with experimentation - if I spam the play button - it eventually gets in

    Same problem here. Tried verify and reinstall with no luck.

    I use an Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 and I have an AMD Radeon HD 6410D integrated graphics card that is disabled. Am i doubly Hamstered? If you can, please get this solved soon as i would really like to preview the upcoming profession changes.

    it might not even be a graphics card problem, that was just the OP guess

    The latest Previews patch made things a little worse. Now when I try to log into the preview server the game client crashes immediately, where as before it would give the error "unable to start game client: client quit unexpectedly" but the game client would remain running and I could just click on the live server and run it.

    Update: After the latest patch, I am now able to log in @nitocris83 @terramak Just thought I'd let you know. If you still have problems I would recommend deleting the preview game files and reloading.
