Hello,

According to tooltip, Vistani Pendant artifact cloack features 1% AP increase only, even at max rank. Is this a typo or it actually gets a greater bonus on upgrading from uncommon to legendary?

I cannot test this, as I'm on console and have no idea how I'd do that.

    Looking at it in collections, it read 1% across the board, so no improvement as you improve it.

    So tooltip is wrong, it's not 1% but 4% instead? I see on test server it still reads 1%...
