Cannot open Tiamat chest

After completing Tiamat random intermediate que, chest cannot be opened. There is no possibility to interact with it.

This happened twice to me today on two different toons.

    Did you submit a ticket to support?

    @plasticbat - yes, of course. Even if I wouldn't have it, there should be tooltip saying I need a key.

    @nitocris83 - I actually didn't cause two times I ran it, all 25 people couldn't open the chest and few of them told me it's not the first time and that they already opened the ticket. I didn't wanted to report same issue again. Or should I?

    Anyway, thanks for your response.

    @spunkmeier it wasn't killed after timer hit 0, actually we got lots of time left.
