Razer Chroma error on 64bit only

I just buy new keyboard - Razer Cynosa Chroma. And start use "Razer Synapse 3" soft.
If i run game on standart settings (x64 client) - where no interactive light, like hp bar on F1-F12 button etc
But if change settings in launcher to x32bit client - all works fine - i see hp bar in real time, skill etc...

So all works fine only in 32bit client =/

Some update!
Still not working in standard client (x64), but:
Today i try test server (Lurker, m15 test) - and where no trouble, all lights well.
Now I wait m15 module...
